Q5. What is the Minimum order quantity?
A: No limit, Most items have in stock.

Q6. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your new products Or the package?
A: Yes, you can. We can print your Logo and company name etc in our products by silk screen printing or laser(base on the products you choose) according to your artwork design.

Q7. How can I get your price list of your different items?

 Q8. Can I have a sample order?
 A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
 
Q9. What's your usual payment terms for orders?
A: Usually We accept terms of T/T in advance or Western Union.If you would like to send the payment by other method, pls kindly contact us. For Samples Order: 100% payment before shipment. For Bulk Order: 30% deposit and the balance 70% before shipment.
 
Q10. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
A: Generally, Within 7 working days after receipt of payment for samples. Within 25- 35 working days after reciept of deposit for dulk orders.
 
Q11. How to place an order?
A: Please kindly send us your order by email or Fax,we will confirm the PI with you .we wish to know the details as follows: your company' s name, address, phone/fax number, destination, transportation way; Product information: item number, size, quantity, logo,etc.
